Wow'sas last week in the club was another great night. The IPod shuffle night was on ol DJ M Stick pumping the beats out. With pants on the floor doing the eagle rock and photographic evidence of some table dancers it really was a good night. Also an honourable mention for last weeks activities goes to Car-Crash-Zac, who thankfully is ok but was silly enough to put the vehicle he was driving on the spit with a large dead tree branch.
Tren's little fellas were ready for a good game of footy, but weren't able to keep up with Kingston in the high scoring game. Best players were Jamie Francis (Tolmer Takeaway), Charlie "Pipes" Pietsch (Tatiara Industrial Repairs), Lachie "the freak" Makin (Jolpac), Lachie "the bad hair cut" Murch (Optimum Cut), Joain Tumlos (Bordertown Fruit Market), Seb "smarter than jack" Trenorden (Limestone Coast Freight).
Johnnies bunch of bikies had another good game. They have been playing some great footy so far so today will be great to see what they can serve up against another top side. Best players were Jacob Eats (N & P Murch & Blackwell Plumbing), Harry Fromm (Pooles Menswear), Matty Leigh (Murch Plumbing and Roofing), Beau Shinnick (Tatiara Driver training), Nick Dahlitz (Wickham Flower), Tate Carson (Ray White).
The magoos fought were able to grind through another good win. The next few weeks see them play other top 5 teams which will set up the season if they can continue to keep winning. Best were Nick Hampel (USE Liquid waste & Creaser Bobcat and haulage), Josh Bruce (Redden kitchens, Norton Bulk & Ladies meal voucher), Owen Butler (Bordertown Pharmacy & Wild Mulberry Garden centre), Brendan Kupke (Cut loose hair &. Body lounge), Evan Joshua (Woolshed Inn), Slammin Sam (Sport N Moore).
Hayseys men handed out another home ground domination. Their capability to score big scores has been a big improvement on previous years and hopefully it continues for another week. Best were Gene Robinson (Jolpac & Wise Ford), Tim Harkness (Densley Earthmoving & Wickham Flower), Rory Tink (AWE Richards), Clint Diment (Woolshed Inn), Maddy Hayes (Optimum Cut), Kane Cuthbertson (Bordertown Pharmacy).
Today we are heading east to our suburb of Bordertown West. Regardless of where the sides are in all grades the games against the moots are always good ones. With a big crowd rolling it it should be a great day and let's hope we come home with 4 good wins.
Tonight is the Rump and Red/ quiz night, if your not on a table and would like to come along contact Josh Searle or Rikilee Nies.
